HACCPHACCP, short for Hazard Analyses Critical Control Points, are there to help you check all actions involved in a product to guarantee maximum hazard control. The chances of a hazard occurring are subsequently calculated (Hazard Analyses). If there is a potential risk, then this location in the company constitutes a Critical Control Point. A control measure is needed for this hazard. This will reduce the risk of the hazard occurring down to a minimum. All actions listed are registered as proof that HACCP has been complied with. The ISPC establishments all work in accordance with the HACCP rules. This means, inter alia, that all our commodities are checked, both upon arrival and during storage. For any further information on this topic, please do not hesitate to contact our specially appointed quality manager who can answer all your HACCP-related and other quality-care-related questions.
